MEMBERSHIP is open to anyone age 18 or over, who possesses a Valid Amateur Radio License, who lives within a reasonable commuting distance of the City of Santa Ana, and has a sincere desire to assist others in time of need.
Auxiliary Membership is available to those without licenses, such as CERT who can assist with logistical and support functions.

Amateur Radio License classes are available for those who have an interest is obtaining their license. License classes are usually held at the Fire Training Center in Santa Ana.
Class Schedule:
Technician Class License Class - March 12th & 13th, 2011.
General Class License Class -
April 9th & 10th, 2011.
Extra Class License Class -
May 6th, 7th, & 8th, 2011.
